Such a long rising time and the exclusive use of natural ingredients make Pancrocchino extremely digestible, healthy and light.
The shape of our crispy pizza version originates from the traditional pizza alla pala typical of central Italy, whose popularity has spread throughout the country to the bakeries of Lake Garda and now worldwide thanks to Ci Gusta.
