The year 2022 opens with good news for the Ci Gusta world. We will soon inaugurate our thirteenth restaurant in Africa in the city of Lomè, Togo. We are happy to bring the classic flavours of Italian cuisine to another country on the African continent that has welcomed us for so many years.
Preparations for the new Ci Gusta Lomè are running fast in order to bring our specialties to Togo by mid-January. The restaurant will offer an extensive menu of savoury dishes such as pasta accompanied by succulent sauces, fragrant pizzas and tasty sandwiches. There will also be a showcase for our artisanal gelato, which will be used to make gelato cups that are not only good, but also beautiful to look at. In addition, Ci Gusta Lomè will also have a menu dedicated to children with many delicious dishes designed for them.
Ci Gusta’s journey in Africa started many years ago with the opening of our first premises in Tunisia, a country which today counts six Ci Gusta offering both sweet and savoury delights which are highly appreciated by customers.
Gourmets in Bamako, Mali, also love the gelato and desserts they find at Ci Gusta, and customers at the two Ci Gusta Benin locations can’t resist the pastries of our pastry chefs. At Ci Gusta Luanda, Angola, the gelato display is always full of fruit and cream flavours to satisfy the needs of every gelato lover and at Ci Gusta Yaoundé, Cameroun, the dessert counter always stunning.
Finally, in these last few months, natives and visitors of the lively Brazzaville, Congo, can also enjoy pizza, pasta, cakes and lots of gelato in the biggest Ci Gusta ever built. The Ci Gusta projects in Africa continue! In addition to the restaurant in Lomè, we are working on the opening of a new restaurant in the cosmopolitan city of Lagos, Nigeria, and a second one in the cities of Luanda and Brazzaville.
