A SPOON OF HAPPINESS
According to some people, happiness is in small things. Most likely
even in a ci gusta! soft gelato or artisanal gelato cup. And, if we had already
guessed as much, now we even have "evidences"!
In recent years, several researches have backed this theory, and
among all two researchers from Amsterdam University - Nicu Sebe and Theo Gevers
- who planned a software that relate facial expressions with the specific
emotions that determine them. Results seem to show that when someone eats
gelato, his face expresses happiness 86% of times!
Leaving science aside, a soft gelato, frozen yogurt or artisanal
gelato cup, with its creamy texture and the many different flavor available, is
a fulfilling experience, really a must try!
Maybe the pursuit of happiness does not end at ci gusta! but surely
all the delicacies you can find here are a good spirit ally and a bitter enemy
of boredom.
