We contacted Peggy and Claudia to get to know the
Singapore store managers of ci gusta and we found that it came about quite by
chance when the two sisters decided to take a course in ice-creams.
"Thanks to this
course", Said Peggy, who is the mother of three year old baby girl," we got to
now ci gusta! and its enormous variety of ice-cream products like Gelato Tenero,
Frozen Yogurt and many others. We quickly realized the uniqueness and
deliciousness of ci gusta products which promised to bring a completely new
taste to Singapore Gelato. We were so keen that decided to gather more and more
information on their products and we then decided to take a very interesting
training course provided directly by ci gusta!. The course included a brief
working experience in an Gelato Shop which proved great. The rest you might say
is now history.
After a pre-opening presentation of ci gusta to the
press, the new ci gusta outlet opened on the inauguration of the Anchoirpoint
Shopping Center in Singapore on October 14th . We
asked about her new role as store manager, Peggy commented," I had never before
worked in the Food & Beverages sector. In the beginning we were not used to
working such long hours nor of what running an Gelato shop effectively implied.
