March 24th marks the grand event, "The 1st European Day of Artisanal Gelato", and you can be sure that ci gusta! Rome will not be missing it. The aim of this much esteemed event is to communicate the value of artisanal gelato to its customers.  Artisanal gelato is renowned for its excellent quality and food safety--it is even recommended by dieticians and nutritionists.
